NI Frontline Workers Networking Lunch and Learn

Wednesday, March 25, 2026 - 12:15:00 PM until

On Wednesday 25 March, the NI Frontline Network will be holding a lunch and learn networking meetup in Derry/Londonderry.

This will be an informal, in-person event where you can meet with other frontline staff working to support people experiencing homelessness. The meetup will have a focus on trauma informed practice.

If you are an employed staff member in the public, statutory or voluntary sectors working directly with people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, you are most welcome to come along.

Over lunch, Orla Connelly from the Trauma Informed Practice Team at Safeguarding Board NI (SBNI) will walk us through the Trauma Informed Toolkit the Board has produced for services based here. Her session will include a co-productive element including worked examples of how the toolkit has been used in practice which you can take and apply to your own service.

As is the case with all Frontline Network events and workshops, the meetup is entirely free to attend for staff working directly with people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. All we require is for you to sign up to the Northern Ireland Frontline Network newsletter. You can sign up here.
