1 in 10 young people at risk of youth homelessness and ¾'s of those flagged are under the radar and not receiving support elsewhere- join our webinar to hear more.

Join Rock Trust and partners for an insightful webinar on Upstream Scotland, our innovative schools-based prevention model designed to identify & support young people at risk of homelessness before they reach crisis point.

Launched over a year ago as part of a three-year pilot, Upstream Scotland is already making a real difference to the young people and schools we are supporting. We are being independently evaluated by Heriot Watt and Cardiff University, and the results already highlight that upstream models can prevent youth &family homelessness.
