Helping people at risk of rough sleeping, or indeed any form of homelessness, to find and sustain ‘good employment’ can be an essential part of both preventing homelessness in the first place and of reducing the risk of repeat homelessness. As we know having a secure job can be a critical protective factor for people, but it is not an easy thing to achieve.

As part of the WMCA’s Rough Sleeping Initiative investment Coventry City Council have been testing out new approaches to employment support that have helped a significant number of people either into work or into work related activity.

Join us at the webinar to find out more about:

  • the impact of the work on individuals
  • what the offer to people included
  • cross departmental working and much more

If you work in, manage, or commission homelessness, housing and employment services this could be a good way to spend an hour of your time.
