The Coventry Frontline Network is pleased to offer funded training delivered by Homeless Link, on Reflective practice and resilience for frontline staff.

The in-person training will take place at Trinity House, Priory Row, Coventry.

Reflective practice enables individuals and teams to ‘step back’ from their work and to learn from experience, either individually or in a group setting. It is particularly important for staff working with people whose circumstances are complex. By developing reflective practice skills, staff can identify ways to build their resilience, to learn from challenging situations, and to use these skills to reduce the negative impact of stress in the workplace.

Who is this course for?

For all frontline staff who are looking to build on their resilience and reduce the negative impact of stress in the workplace.

What will you learn?

Through this course, your team will:

  • Describe reflective practice techniques
  • Know how to apply reflective practice in their role
  • Identify risk areas for stress in their role
  • Apply strategies to deal with stress and build resilience
  • Identify opportunities to introduce reflective practice within teams
