Homeless Link Webinar: A crossroads for migrant homelessness - where from here?

Changes to the Immigration Rules published on 22 October 2020 made rough sleeping grounds for refusing or cancelling a person’s right to remain in the UK. New guidance published last month has clarified the Government’s intended approach.
During this webinar, you will get an insight into the immigration rules published in October and discuss the newly published guidance with Homeless Link Policy Manager, Jennie Corbett.
Jennie will also highlight replicable local good practice that’s being delivered within the current legislative framework, which is linked to the Homeless Link and NACCOM project on finding local solutions to migrant homelessness.
Plus, with the EU Settlement Scheme deadline looming, we will discuss plans around the scheme.
