The Frontline Networkis really pleased to be working with the Mind, to offer you this FREE half day training course on ‘customer support and mental health’. We have limited places and this is open to frontline staff working with people experiencing homelessness, across the UK to register to attend.

Mind training: Customer support and mental health

Format: Virtual training led by one of our expert Mind trainers

Duration: 3 hours 15 minutes (9.30am-12.45pm)

Aims:

  • Raise awareness of mental health and how it can vary
  • Explain how mental health problems can impact us and our customers
  • Understand how best to respond and support your customers
  • Build skills to look after your mental health and wellbeing at work while supporting customers
  • Share practical tips for supporting people
  • Provide sources of support and information.

If you’re not already registered with the Frontline Network, why not register today- it’s free and only takes a couple of mins! You just need to be a paid frontline worker in the statutory, voluntary or public sector working with people experiencing homelessness.
