The Brighton and Hove Frontline Network runs monthly 'learning lunches' for local frontline workers locally to meet, eat and learn together.
Support Coordinator from The Clocktower Sanctuary will run a session on "Understanding why we get stuck and helping others shift through it; "An overview of the Triune brain and cycle of change in relation to the framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy"
