Accessing Legal Advice
The session was a chaired discussion addressing some of the key issues raised by frontline staff across the UK in our 2024 Frontline Worker Survey around the need to access legal advice in the absence of Legal Aid. Staff cited various barriers preventing people they are working with from accessing basic homelessness prevention. This discussion session featured speakers from across the UK, exploring advocacy and how to access legal advice, partnership working and resources available to frontline workers.
