System Leadership with MEAM
In this chaired session, Make Every Adult Matter (MEAM)’s Systems Practice Team shared their approach to co-producing community solutions on the ground with Residents, Community Leaders, Voluntary and Faith Organisations, and Council Officers and Professionals. This focused on the application of the approach to Westminster’s #2035 Changemakers Programme, which aims to create strong connections within communities on which community solutions can be built.
