This session was aimed at generalist workers and looked at some of the issues faced by young people transitioning to independent living, including care-experienced young people, young LGBTQ+ people and young people within the asylum system. It focused on person-centred approaches to working with people under 25 through a combination of presented information, round table discussions and best practice sharing.
