Frontline Network Annual Conference 2025

One day. 10 sessions. Over 35 speakers. And our biggest turnout yet, with 428 frontline staff attending from across all four nations. Thank you for joining us at the Frontline Network Annual Conference 2025!

This year’s event focused on the theme of Strength in Community, highlighting the powerful work being led by frontline staff and people with lived experience of homelessness. Throughout the day, we heard from a wide range of voices sharing learning, inspiration and practical ideas for change, shaped directly by the challenges and insights frontline workers have raised through our Annual Frontline Worker Survey.

Sessions covered key issues raised by the sector - from housing and mental health to co-production and migrant homelessness. Speakers shared local innovation, national research and frontline-led solutions, sharing insight from those working directly with people experiencing homelessness.

We’ve received amazing feedback on the event:

“It has given me hope that I am not so alone and there is work being done out there to stand up for the sector and value of our roles within housing and support.”
“Solid, practical and actionable information/guidance from professionals with lived experience and/or extensive general experience in the topic.”
“It was amazing to see that UK-wide, we are all connected in the struggles, the rewards and challenges we face.”

If you missed a session or want to revisit the day, you can now watch all the session recordings and access shared slides and resources below.
