Outsourced Training

Our Outsourced Training offers free courses to enable frontline workers to develop learning and skills to support you in your work with people experiencing homelessness

Training themes are identified through Frontline Network feedback loops, including from our annual conference, annual frontline worker survey and on-going events. This comes directly from staff working in the voluntary, statutory and public sectors, across the UK. We aim to always be led by the voices of frontline workers, picking up on insights into the most pressing needs and challenges faced by you and the people you support.

Each year we aim to offer around 40 training sessions. So far in 2024, we have offered training on Psychological Informed Environments, Trauma Informed Care, Introduction to Support Options for People with NRPF, and Drug and Alcohol Awareness.

In addition to our core training offer, the Frontline Network provides additional training sessions in response to key issues, changes and developments in the sector. For instance, new legislation being introduced, or to coincide with thematic trends emerging in the sector.

If you have identified a training course that will help you in your current work with people experiencing homelessness, but your organisation is not able to fund it, we may be able to help.
