The Frontline Network Training Programme provides grants, free high-quality taught courses and subsidised accredited training to support frontline worker skills development.
Training Fund
If you are a frontline worker or team and have identified a training course that will help you in your current work with people experiencing homelessness, but your organisation is not able to fund it, the Training Fund may be able to help. Individuals can apply for up to £500 to cover the cost of training and groups can apply for up to £1,500.
Outsourced Training
Our Outsourced Training offers free high quality courses to enable frontline workers to develop learning and skills to improve support for people experiencing homelessness across the UK. Each year we aim to offer around 40 training sessions. So far in 2024, we have offered training on Psychological Informed Environments, Trauma Informed Care, Introduction to Support Options for People with NRPF, and Drug and Alcohol Awareness.
Accredited Training
Offered in partnership with Homeless Link, we are pleased to offer a 50% subsidy to frontline workers looking to take the CIH Level 3 Accredited Qualification. Taken over 20-weeks, this accredited qualification aims to provide homelessness staff with a challenging and highly relevant grounding in all aspects of supporting people with lived experience of homelessness.
