South Wiltshire Community of Practice
South Wiltshire Community of Practice
South Wiltshire Community of Practice
Homeless Link
9am - 12.30pm
The Foyer, A2 Dominion, Wilton Road, Salisbury, SP2 7EJ
You are warmly invited to South Wiltshire's second Community of Practice, on Wednesday 30th July 2019.
“Communities of practice are groups of people who share a concern or passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.” (Wenger-Trayner, 2015)
This group is for those working on the frontline of homelessness and related fields in the North of Wiltshire, to come together to discuss local issues and how best to collaboratively overcome them. The group will follow a solution focused practice style, so that problems will be discussed but not dwelt on; instead, we will look at building on existing resources and skills to work towards a shared, preferred future and expand knowledge where required. This will be an informal space for discussion, and allow time for the previously identified topic of mental health.
Attendance is free, and breakfast will be provided. If you have any dietary requirements, please don't forget to let us know.
You can register for this event here.
