This month the Frontline Network is submitting written evidence to the House of Lords Committee inquiry into Universal Credit, and we are seeking your views.

Please complete this five-minute survey, so that your expert views form a key part of our written evidence. We are eager to ensure your voice is fully represented within our submission.

 

Focus of the inquiry

The Committee will examine whether Universal Credit is meeting its original objectives and whether the policy assumptions reflected in its design are appropriate for different groups of claimants.

It will also examine the extent to which Universal Credit meets the needs of claimants in today’s labour market and changing world of work.

The Frontline Network will be making a formal submission to the committee before the deadline on 29 February 2020.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey – the Frontline Network is only as strong as the frontline workers that make it, so the more people that take part, the stronger we become.

We want to know what challenges you face and the great work that you do to overcome some of these challenges.
