Kaleidoscope

12.30pm - we will be providing lunch and opportunities to network with other frontline workers before the event starts
1-4pm - main event

The Maesgwyn Hall, Mold Road, Wrexham. LL11 2AF

Why we chose this theme?
After speaking to frontline workers locally, a common theme that has come up in discussions is the impact of frontline working on our wellbeing. Supporting people with a range of often complex needs, challenges and frustrations affects us all. We believe that it is important to recognise how this impacts on our wellbeing and through today’s event we will be exploring some of the common challenges we face as frontline workers, as well as people we are supporting and are some of the solutions we can use to overcome these.

We hope that after today’s event, anyone attending will leave feeling more supported. The event will provide opportunities to network with other frontline workers from across Wrexham to share learning and increase your networks. The event will involve small group discussions as well as a presentation on managing stress by Danny Antebi, Psychiatrist.
