South Yorkshire Frontline Network meeting
South Yorkshire Frontline Network meeting
We are excited to announce that the South Yorkshire Frontline Network has returned, now hosted by Depaul UK.
The Frontline Network is about hearing the voice of those working directly with all people experiencing homelessness. The Frontline Network will be an opportunity for you to meet other workers from a wide range of organisations across South Yorkshire, share information and good practice and join together to effect positive change in the sector.
We are planning to have a range of national and regional speakers and trainers to input into your South Yorkshire events in a programme shaped by you.
We look forward to bringing together people from various services and organisations so whether you work in outreach, housing, charity, social work, health, education or probation, please join us for our first event on Monday 7th February 2022 at 10.30am. You’ll have the opportunity to meet others working in the homelessness sector across South Yorkshire, share your experiences and tell us what you want from future events.
Current COVID-19 guidance means our first meeting will be virtual (using Zoom) but we hope to be able to host in-person events soon.
The Frontline Network defines ‘frontline worker’ as a paid worker, who directly supports people who are experiencing homelessness. This includes those working in the Voluntary, Statutory, and Public sectors.
