The enforcement of social distancing and isolation regulations creates a perfect environment for domestic abuse to escalate and presents additional challenges for those who need support to escape their situation. The webinar includes:

  • The guidance regarding domestic abuse during the social distancing and isolation requirements
  • Defining domestic abuse and the Care Act 2015 guidance

 

  • Common signs and symptoms of domestic abuse and how to identify it over the phone
  • Supporting customers to identify an abusive relationship
  • Responding to disclosures and requests for help

 

  • Support available during the restrictions

Please note-there are a total of 18 places available on each webinar session.
