Youth Homeless North East and the Be the Change Frontline Network* are organising a Youth Homeless and Mental Health event. The event is open to any Frontline staff working in the voluntary, statutory and public sectors as well as volunteers, Strategists and commissioners.

The event will present report findings, young people's experiences and recommendations and explore whether there is a direct correlation between ‘adverse childhood experiences’ (ACEs) and poor mental health. The event will also look at current early intervention responses to reach children, young people and families earlier, gaps in provision and what should be added.

The event will also look at how to increase resilience in young people, create a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) to work in. The event will also provide opportunities to network and share expertise with other frontline workers.

If you have any questions, please contact Youth Homeless North East on 0191 255 1911 or info@yhne.org

The venue is close to Monument and Haymarket Metro Stations and 5 minutes from Central Station.

This a free event and you can register here.

*Be The Change Frontline Network (BTCFN) is a joint initiative between Changing Lives, The Frontline Network and Homeless Link).
