During the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to ensure that Frontline Workers highlight the exceptional work they are doing on a daily basis, supporting people experiencing homelessness. Do you have a positive example you would like to share with other frontline workers? Whether it is little or large, we welcome you sharing any successes or positive news from the frontline.

We run supported accommodation across 18 sites. During the early days of the Pandemic our staff absence levels were very low. The remaining staff workload doubled and they also had to manage limited contact. The amount of contact with staff for our residents inevitably suffered. By and large anti social behaviour has been low and there is a deep sense of togetherness between the staff and residents. Now that our residents are finding their way through lock down we have several gardening projects and regular art sessions up and running. This has all been resident led.
