This space is for suggestions on how to look after your wellbeing at this difficult time. As we begin to feel the full impact of the C-19 pandemic and the impact that necessary restrictions have on our lives, it is more important than ever that we look after our wellbeing and that of those around us. We will be posting regular updates / resources which may help support your wellbeing during this time, but we are also keen for you to share the good practice and resources that you come across on wellbeing, through the forum.

This is a space to tell us what resources would be useful for those who are now working remotely from home, what guidance would be useful to those still working in frontline roles, and any other resources that may be useful at this time. We also have a survey where you can comment on what financial support may be useful, found here https://www.research.net/r/FrontlineEmergencyFund
