Develop a 16 - 18 year old network of professionals in Blackpool

I work as an 18 and under support worker at Streetlife in Blackpool, we are a youth work charity set up to work with vulnerable young people aged between 16 and 25 years old, just recently I have noticed that a few more professionals in the area are now focusing on this age group, such as mental health nurses and Citizens Advice Bureau workers. We have had an initial meeting in October and would like meet once every 2 months throughout the next year, to share good practice, ideas, projects, knowledge of services etc. The project would cost £500, the money would pay for a meeting room, with refreshments all included for 10 people to meet. Using a neutral space would benefit the group in the following ways - 1. meeting in person to understand each other is critical. Sitting in the same room together, you're able to pick up on non-verbal cues that can be easily missed over the phone or via email. 2. When people attend offsite meetings, they're not distracted and they're more fully engaged. 3. Holding the meeting in a neutral venue will level the group, where professionals can meet together without that organisations agenda underpinning the event.
