    An exercise class to give patients confidence, improve sleep, relieve stress, improve memory, and boost overall mood, as exercise of one of the most effective ways to improve mental health. 

     

    DETAILS:

     

    A one hour exercise class to give patients confidence, improve sleep, relieve stress, improve memory, and boost overall mood. Exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve mental health.

     

    There are two women who teach Rockbox who have offered to come and support patients with one hour per week for a small price.

     

    They have tried this out with both patients and staff who have all loved it, leaving with a real sense of achievement.
