Building on our initial UC Focus Group on 13th November, it was agreed by members that due to UC full live service rollout on 5th December it would be beneficial to reconvene within the next month. Then to potentially meet quarterly. We aim to continue an open dialogue around issues raised and to identify solution focused approaches, whilst building on positive working relationships and establishing effective communication pathways. Our primary theme for this session is to ‘bring something of use’ to share with the group. DWP will again be available to share knowledge around case studies and networking opportunities will be provided.
This is a FREE event.
ALL frontline workers welcome.
