This course will consider the issues around landlord harassment and unlawful eviction and the civil wrongs (torts) and criminal offences which may be committed. It will look at the remedies available to occupiers and local authorities.
• Identifying unlawful eviction and harassment
• Taking civil enforcement measures
• How local authorities can use criminal sanctions
• Homeless applications and unlawful eviction
• Other consequences for landlords
Please note-there are a total of 18 places available on each webinar session.
Spaces will initially be limited to 1 per organisation on a first-come-first-served basis to benefit a wider group of participants.
