We want to hear from people who are falling through the cracks and are unable to get help with furniture and appliances.

If you are a frontline worker then we would like to ask for your help recruiting an interview participant for whom you have had difficulty getting furniture. We want to ask them questions about what receiving furniture and appliances would mean to them. The aim for our resea...

Has anyone been able to bulk buy mobile phones online? Question raised at a recent meeting because online retailers were restricting bulk purchases (the agency has the funding but can't buy more than one phone at a time). Any good contacts at online providers?

I've been trying to arrange accommodation for one of our regular rough sleeper guests. Streetlink arranged for him to be picked up and housed for one night. He was then sent an email from Merton Council asking him to download, complete and return a housing application form. He has a small phone (not a smart phone) and no access to internet or printer! I've printed the form for him and will scan are return it when completed, but there is no mention of hotel accommodation. Can anyone tell me if this system has now stopped for new applicants?
